FAQ: Accounting

Toners and waste toner containers are standard consumables covered by your company’s service agreement with KOPYR Integrated Systems & Services Inc. (excluding Riso).  If your equipment is no longer under service contract, we can send you a sales quote to purchase the supplies you require.  Please contact your sales representative or email [email protected] to discuss your contract and printing needs.

We strive to get your supplies delivered to you by courier 1 – 2 business days after the order is placed. Special request items may take longer- our Relationship Agents will coordinate with you and keep you updated.  Freight charges in the Lower Mainland are $12.75 for the first item and $5.25 for each additional item with a maximum of $28.50.  If it is more convenient, you can arrange to pick up your items from our location Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm with minimum one hour notice; please call 604-204-3200.

We are able to send replacement cartridges when any particular toner level is at 10% or less. If you would like instructions to check your toner levels, please call us at 604-204-3200, email [email protected], or refer to your printer’s user guide.  If you would like to purchase any backup supplies outside of what is covered by your service agreement, we will prepare a sales quote for you.

Direct deposit is an electronic transfer of funds deposited directly into KOPYR Integrated Systems and Services Inc.’s bank account.  It is our preferred payment method.  Please contact [email protected] to set up EFT payments.  We also accept e-transfers.
