Pursuit Project’s Young Adult Retreat 2022

Recently our KOPYR Cares program had the opportunity to sponsor the Pursuit Project’s Young Adult Retreat 2022.  This unique retreat was held at Whistler Peak Lodge and served 13 young adults aged 18-29.  The retreat provided many team building activities as well as outings to learn about the beauty of Whistler.  The participants told many stories of overcoming adversity, they shared a ton of laughter and many friendships were made.

At KOPYR we love our community and believe that events like this help build the leaders of tomorrow.  Teaching our young adults to work together, communicate and be part of a team prepares them for future success in whatever field they may choose.
